Why?
Jesus said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life” (John 8:12). We often have a hard time trusting others. Too many negative experiences have shown us that trust makes us vulnerable. It becomes even more difficult to believe someone who claims to be the Son of God.
